• Check-in (on arrival) from 3.00-8.00 pm (without phoning ahead), after 8.00 pm only by phoning ahead.
• Departure (last day) by 11.00 am.
• Welcome drink.
• Lavish continental buffet-style breakfast from 8.00 to 11.00 am for the guests staying in the rooms. At an extra charge of € 12.00 for adults and € 8.00 for children (up to the age of 12) for the guests staying in the private apartment.
• Independent entrance and exit from the building at any time throughout your stay.
• Private bathroom in all rooms and apartments with shower and hairdryer.
• Internet. Wi-Fi access in common parts of the structure free of charge.
• Satellite TV with Italian and foreign channels.
• Safety deposit box in all room.
• Daily room tidying service.
• A number of Bicycles, canoes, sun beds available.
• Apartment features spacious terrace overlooking the lake while the rooms all have balconies that overlook the lake.

• Private parking 10 € subject to availability.
• Smoking permitted only outside (on the balconies, terrace and garden).
• Small pets size are welcome with an extra of € 15 per stay.
• Final cleaning of the apartment € 50.
• Baby cot on request at € 15 per stay.
• Daily apartment-tidy service (cleaning and towel change) available, to be booked on arrival at a charge of € 20.00 per day.
• Taxi service from/to the airport or station.
• Tours of the town or mountain excursions or day trips on the lake in motorized dinghy.
• Motor boat hire, organized horse-riding treks, paragliding, adventure park trips.
• Extra charge. During the colder months, from 1 November to 30 March an extra charge of €1/cu.m. of gas will be applied if the use of radiators is requested.
